The project has actually a license to build two semi detached villas which built area are 239 m2 and 248 m2. Each villa has 3 levels, the basement contain the parking for two cars, the ground floor has an American kitchen and lounge of 50 m2, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The upstairs has 2 suites with their own bathroom and balcony. Finally, the last level is a solarium where is possible to enjoy beautiful views on Albir and the mountain with some sea views. The project has the possibility to add an elevator that connect the 4 levels. 

The qualities of materials expected in the project are high and modern and worldwide brands, however, each client has the freedom to personalize it as he desire. 

Beside the plot, there is a plot 1100 m2 that the town hall make obligatory to build an open parking area which cost is already included in the investment amount. The second block of 2 semi detached villas need to make a new project and ask for a new license in order to be able to build the second step of the project. 

Once finished the acquisition of the plot and signed in notary, it is possible to start building directly the first block. The time expected to finish the two villas is 12 months.
